It's Just Lunch is celebrating 19 years in the dating business, with thousands of professional singles. We've created a service where everyone feels comfortable with the process of meeting a new person. The company was born in 1991 in Chicago and now has locations from New York to Singapore….and everywhere in between.

It's Just Lunch was founded by a Chicago woman whose engagement was called off. Finding herself suddenly single, she began the tedious search to meet "normal", well-educated professionals. Her friends sent her out on blind dates, she tried personal ads, contemplated the internet and dating services, but she wasn't comfortable with any of these options. The ideal date, she decided, was a lunch date or a drink after work. A fun, laid back, stress-free way to meet!

It's Just Lunch! Ann Arbor has two offices in Michigan- Ann Arbor and Troy. We have been introducing busy professionals in the Detroit Metropolitan area for years. Our staff is a dedicated group of first date specialists that love coordinating quality first dates over lunch, brunch or a quick drink after work for our clients. Our biggest reward is when we make a great match!

Our clients are wonderful people and we have had a fantastic time matching them. They are successful single professionals that are active, have a wide variety of interests and best of all have a positive attitude towards dating. Many of our clients enjoy jogging, tennis, golf, and biking in Belle Isle Park, a Detroit Pistons game, strolling through the Matthaei Botanical Gardens in Ann Arbor, attending the Ann Arbor Art Fair, shopping at IKEA, or grabbing a bite at Zingerman's. Area singles also appreciate everything from music and the arts to wine tasting and sports. The Detroit Institute of the Arts, the Purple Rose Theater in Chelsea, the Detroit Tigers, University of Michigan football tailgating, and Planet Rock, are all great places to take a date in Metro Detroit.
